If you have ever walked Kinder Scout in the Peak District, you will notice the different landscapes - we particularly like the lush green views and this was the inspiration to name our Japanese Sencha Green Tea.
Traditionally used in Japanese tea ceremonies, sencha leaves have a distinctive rich and full flavour.
